The insane asylum
Point of origin: 1952
Cultural artefact rescued from the ruins of a mental asylum which closed its doors in the early 1950s. Nobody is sure how this came to be among the medical records that were ordered to be destroyed. Our agents liberated the reel of 8mm film before officials got their hands on it. Rumour has it the hospital’s 176 patients were part of a secret project to determine the effects of a new technique for inserting imagery directly into the human brain. Barbaric.
